News - Latest

On behalf of the Guam Early Learning Council we are pleased to launch the “All Eyes on Five!” early childhood website! Our vision is that “All of Guam’s children will have healthy minds, bodies, and spirits as the foundation for lifelong success!” The purpose of this website is to provide an increased awareness of Guam's public and private services and support for our young children, birth to five years of age, and their families.

Guam has so much to offer and continues to better its infrastructure for healthy early childhood development.  In addition, the website provides a gateway to Guam's Early Childhood Comprehensive System and the Governor's Early Learning Council - bringing valuable information to you with the ease of a click of a button!

"ALL EYES ON FIVE!" promotes the importance of the first five years of a child's development as being essential for a solid foundation for healthy growth and development, as well as life-long learning.  An investment in the early years is a critical investment in our future.

By leveraging and maximizing our resources, we can streamline services and the support to better serve our youngest and most valuable assets - OUR CHILDREN.

As we continue to improve the services and the support provided to our families as well as strengthen public and private partnerships, we strive to enhance the opportunities for you to get the information you need, when you need it.

The Guam Early Learning Council is committed to serving our island community with integrity entrusted to us as advocates for our island's children.
